Dive!
5 years years ago I was death gripping Splash Mountain which only has a 60 foot drop. 3 years later I went skydiving which was about a 2,600 feet drop. How did I change so much in 2 years? Well, first off I moved to Florida and worked at this little place called Walt Disney World. It was the first time in my life where I truly felt alive. I felt like a new person. I felt like I could conquer the world. For the first time in my life I felt free and happy. I started slowly coming outside my comfort zone and realizing life is too short.
Between Splash Mountain and Florida I did go zip lining in Hawaii. I called this the first step; but, it still wasn't enough. I mean I had fun and everything; but, I wasn't at skydiving level yet. Then it happened, my (then) roomie Matt said "So I don't think you'll do it; but, me and Mikey are going skydiving wanna come?" I said "Let me think about it!" Then I decided to go for it because he said "I don't think you'll do it!" And I just wanted to prove him wrong. Anyway, after we went skydiving. He said "I knew you would do it if I said 'I don't think you'll do it'!" I said "You jerk! Thanks!"
Skydiving it's the most beautiful thing I've ever done in my life! It's amazing! Just do it! Someone found a deal on Groupon, that's how we did it for less than half price! I have done other cool things too like beginner scuba dive, parasail and ride in a jet plane over an active volcano. These are all things five years ago I would have NEVER done. I feel like life is much fuller since I've started to do things like this. What's up next? An escape room, maybe bungee jumping? I'm not sure; but, I don't plan to stop now. Life is too short and this stuff is too fun! Today is a new day, overcome your fears! Like, share and comment below!
