My 2 Cents: A 60 Day Blogging Journey (39/60) : Reset the Mind!

There are many ways one can reset their minds and I'm gonna share some tips to help you get rid of negative energy.

   Negative people:

Why be always negative? I understand having a bad day. I get that; however, when you have a bad day almost daily, is that so people feel sorry for you? Are you putting on a show? I'm not sure. And the more negative things you left seep into your life, the more negative you will become. Believe me, when I have two negative days in a row it's much easier for a string of negativeness to follow.

    Social Media:

It can be toxic. I know sometimes it's hard to delete that cousin or friend who always complains; however, just because you're not friends on Facebook doesn't mean you don't love someone. I love a few people who I choose not to be friends with or follow on social media, for whatever reason. Does that make me terrible? Maybe; however, I'm happier when I don't have to see the negativity.

    The Media:

Don't get me started.....seriously. The media focuses on way more negative than positive. I believe it feeds into our lives and we strive on the negative because we see it so often! I do adore this "Some Good News" thing John Krasinski is doing on YouTube. He is really focused on good things in this country and I love the idea behind it! I prefer to read news instead of watch because I think you can more easily find articles on the same topic with many more views and decide for yourself which you agree with.

     Funny friends:

If you don't have a friend you consider funny, get one or watch a funny movie. Plain and simple. This person can help keep the negative out or at least get your mind off of it for a while.

When are you down, how do you feel better? Let me know. Remember to like share and comment!

I provide service to others to Lift myself. It takes the focus off yourself, youre own worries And selfcenteredness.. and gets you focused on the needs of others knowing that they matter. . It makes them know someone cares, usually it's amn answer to their prayers. You get to become the hands of the Savior. Doing good for others, tying hearts to you. And you too them. It's what I do.
